Brother of Manchester Arena Muslim suicide bomber is wanted on suspicion of 22 counts of murder over the attack

British police have been granted a warrant for the arrest of the brother of the Manchester Arena suicide bomber and are now trying to bring him back to the UK from Libya, anti-terror police said Wednesday night.

Police were granted an arrest warrant for 20-year-old Hashem Abedi on 22 counts of murder over the May terror attack carried out by his brother, Salman Abedi, which also left over 500 people injured or traumatised.

An extradition request has been handed to the authorities in Libya where Hashem is currently in custody.
