Ontario Provincial Police say there are multiple fatalities after a serious collision south of Barrie, Ont., involving 14 vehicles.

OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt says all lanes of Highway 400 are closed between Country Road 88 and Highway 89 after the crash, which also involved two fuel tanker trucks that caused a massive fire.

we need more, and MORE, fuel tanker trucks on our highways. Those EVIL, DANGEROUS PIPELINES must be stopped.

HWY 400 is an accident looking for a place to happen. Long stretches of dark highway with opposite direction travel lanes separated by a concrete or guard rail only i.e. no grassy median like the 401 outside the city.
Combine that with unpredictable weather north of Hwy 88 especially in winter with white outs.
The media are already alluding to what happened – a velocitized (and probably under trained by some Brampton/Bramalea “Get your DZ Licence in 2 Weeks” driving school fuel tanker driver plowed into stalled traffic from an earlier accident.

The trucking business seems to be taken over by third world losers. Only the little people will pay for it, not Turdo & Co.

Same in AB, I see very few white guys driving big freight or tanker trucks these days.

The 400 series highways can’t handle all these transport truck travelling at 100 kph, in Europe they are restricted to the right lane at 80 kph.

The media needs to be preemptive to make sure there is no backlash against the Muslim community over this.

Let’s hope they run plenty of feel good stories about The Religion of Peace, just in case.

Wynne is rubbing her it’s hands together. This is the perfect excuse to hike the carbon tax, as more carbon was released into the atmosphere than was expected.
