Kevin Spacey named as the Hollywood star accused of assaulting TV news anchor’s loved one – as he admits there are more ‘stories’ about him

The Oscar-winning star accused of assaulting the loved-one of a TV journalist two weeks ago can today be named as Kevin Spacey who has suggested there could be more ‘stories’ about him to emerge.

Former US news anchor Heather Unruh said the Harvey Weinstein scandal had given her the courage to accuse the House of Cards star, 58, of attacking someone close to her.

Ms Unruh made her damaging claims more than two weeks before Star Trek actor Anthony Rapp got an apology after he said the actor, then 26, tried to seduce him when he was just 14.

‘House of Cards’ Canceled; Netflix ‘Deeply Troubled’ by Spacey Assault Claim

Netflix drama “House of Cards” will end with its upcoming sixth season, Variety has learned. Production has begun on what will be the final season of the drama series, which is set to premiere in 2018.

Word of the series’ end comes in the wake of sexual-assault allegations against its star, Kevin Spacey. On Sunday in an interview with Buzzfeed, “Star Trek: Discovery” star Anthony Rapp claimed that Spacey had sexually assaulted him at a party in 1986 when he was 14. Spacey later apologized to Rapp in a statement released hours after the interview was published in which he said he was “beyond horrified” by Rapp’s story, saying he did not recall the incident. Spacey was criticized Monday by GLAAD and gay activists for including in his apology a statement saying that he was choosing “to live as a gay man” from now on — a move critics said appeared intended to deflect attention from Rapp’s accusation.

  • Dammit. I always liked Kevin Spacey. I barely knew who Harvey Weinstein was, but I knew he was a nasty thug. Everyone did.

    • It is another of Hollywood’s secrets revealed.

They’re just attacking Keven Spacey because they know he is a leader in both Hollywood’s and the Democrat Party’s rear guard!

I’m sure the wiki page has already been scrubbed quite a bit by Leftists, but there was still this:

Spacey’s political views have been described as left-leaning and mirroring some of those possessed by his fictional character in House of Cards.[53] Spacey is a Democratic donor and a friend of President Bill Clinton.[54] Having met the former U.S. President before his presidency began, Spacey once described Clinton as a “one of a shining light” of the political process. [11] He additionally made a cameo appearance in the short film President Clinton: Final Days, a light-hearted political satire produced by the Clinton administration for the White House Correspondents Dinner.[55]

Spacey met Venezuelan president Hugo Chávez in September 2007, and never spoke to the press about their encounter. During the trip, he donated money to the Venezuelan film studio Villa del Cine.[56]

I agree about liking Spacey as an actor. And I could care less if is gay.

But 14 year olds are pretty much off limits whether you are gay or straight. He’s finished. And, I suspect, he is the tip of a very big ice berg.

Meanwhile, where is Monica Lewinsky with a #metoo?

Frankly, my Dear, I don’t give a damn.
With the money they made, and still make, while they all knew or heard about what was happening since a long time, it’s their problem, nor our problem.
They live happily and comfortably. Meanwhile, they are the first to bash our freedom of expression and curse us for being racist, bigots, xenophobes and whatever because we voted for Trump.
I don’t give a damn about these socialites.

  • I have no truck whatever with these Hollywood types, but am I the only one concerned about them being found guilty solely from accusation, particularly by similar types?

An actor comes out of the woodwork and accuses another actor of “sexual advances” towards him some thirty-one years ago when he was a minor, and guilt is automatically assumed? It seems prettty clear that he was guilty, but this seems to set a very dangerous precedent for someone who might be wrongly accused of a similar act and is instantly sacked, excommunicated and treated like vermin.

Speaking as someone that spent years-worth of time among the creatures of Hollywood, I can feel safe in saying that Spacey, Weinstein, etc., are just the tip of the iceberg–even the average denizen of Hollywood is debauched beyond the capacity of most sane people to comprehend, even when the acts are consensual.
