Austrian election: Sebastien Kurz who wants to cut all benefits for foreigners and halt EU meddling declares victory

The leader of Austria’s right-leaning People’s Party has declared victory in a national election that puts him on track to become the world’s youngest leader.

Austrian foreign minister Sebastian Kurz, 31, claimed the win on Sunday night after projections gave his party a comfortable lead with more than 90 percent of the ballots counted.

He fell well short of a majority, but has not ruled out the possibility of forming a minority government once the final result comes in.

Kurz, dubbed the Conservative Macron due to his age and his party reform, said: ‘I would of course like to form a stable government. If that cannot be done then there are other options,’ adding that he planned to talk to all parties in parliament but would first wait for a count of postal ballots that begins on Monday.

I hope for their sake he is a man of his word.

Loving it, victory is sweet. Leftists the world over are no doubt pitching fits over this. He’s everything they hate. Those pictures of him with his hot girlfriend are just the icing on the cake, because that’ll make them hate him even more.

he was never pretty and couldn’t be a leader if he tried. As for being young it was his only excuse for profound stupidity but that is evaporating fast.

We have a put-down in Oz when someone thinks they are what they are not: “He’s a legend in his own lunchtime”.

          I like that a lot.

He never was pretty. My Granddaughter says he looks like a shaved anteater

Trudeau was never good looking in my opinion and he was in his 40s when elected, so not so young. Of course with makeup, hair colouring and some other things he perhaps looks younger than he is. Now if we are talking about mental age, then yes most certainly he remains the youngest of them all.

Follow the funding and busing in of those thousands marching, and you will find it leads back to radical leftist Americans for the most part.

  • This is a great moment in European history, because now there’s a Western European country (Austria) on the same side as the Hungarians and the Czechs, and this will make it easier to steer the EU away from pro-Islam policies.
