Vegas sheriff changes Mandalay massacre timeline AGAIN and says shooter DIDN’T shoot hotel security guard six minutes before rampage as he breaks down on camera

During a tense and at times emotional press conference held on Friday, Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo offered a third timeline of the Las Vegas massacre, saying there was no six-minute gap between when the gunman shot a hotel security guard and opened fire on concertgoers.

Lombardo, who is in charge of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, also revealed that Stephen Paddock deliberately fired on responding police officers, possibly to keep them at bay, but said there is no evidence that he was driven by ideology, or was affiliated with any group.

As of 8am on Friday, the number of injured victims was 546 but only 45 of them were still hospitalized, some in critical condition. The rest have been discharged.

It’s still strange that you would fire 200 rounds through the door to your room.

Whilst the identification of the weaponry is still vague, there were apparently 23 weapons, some of which were AR15s with “bump stocks” to simulate automatic fire.

To shoot 200 rounds through your door, wouldn’t you need to re-load the 30 cartridge magazine six + times, or else swap guns?

Even using a “bump stock”, I understand that this is not true “automatic” fire, but a maximum rate of 300 rounds per minute, which of course is 30 rounds in 10 seconds, then reload, or pick up another similar weapon.

I am given to understand that an “automatic” weapons will fire at a rate of between 500 and 800 rounds per minute.

Seriously, something is not quite right with all of this. I am still looking at the insistence by the increasingly irrelevant ISIS that Paddock was a convert.

    • Not a lot makes sense about this case it gets stranger by the day.

I haven’t seen a full accounting of what weapons and equipment were in that room, it is possible that he had larger magazines. unfortunately, we are getting information piecemeal that is more confusing than illuminating.

Additionally, I would discount the convert theory at the moment, based upon the probability that he committed suicide, rather than attacking the police as they breached. Islam mostly has a prohibition on killing oneself.

stick with the “narrative” you see what we want you to see.

Ah, but did he kill himself? The gory picture of his prostrate corpse was circulated but disappeared, showing extensive hemorrhaging from the back of the skull.

Certainly, there was gross enlargement of the left eyeball, but what other indicators were there for gunshot suicide?

yeah and the guard was shot through the leg, when the police came they say that’s him standing by the elevator. sounds like the wound was so bad he just stood there. yeah right.

    • 50 rounds in 10 seconds.

What an absolute dog’s breakfast this has become.

The lot of them really think they can baffle everyone with their BS.

The sheriff is a very decent man who is being leaned on — hard. Did anyone notice that the FBI weasel never took his eyes off him except when he took the mic with his b.s.?

    • Observer

I wonder what all the Obama appointees have on him?

    • terrence22

The FBI guy was appointed by Comey – so he is NOT to be trusted

I read somewhere that 10/1 could have been an Antifa operation.

too competent for street rabble Bolsheviks,

    • ntt1

the FBI have proven to be adept at bending delaying or outright omitting too many important puzzle pieces in the hildebeast matter,
they seem to be bringing a certain level of factual fluidity to this matter as well.

  • Now this is sounding like incompetence.

I’m calling bullsh!t on this. either he is stoned or he didn’t finish high school. he kept saying “narrative”, a narrative is a story, a fiction.I am offended that he stands there and lies. seems to be mixing pronouns and verb tenses.

over 500 wounded but no deaths after the initial ones. usually one would expect a significant number of those injured to succumb to their injuries.

none of the guns mentioned or shown produce the sound of the gun being used.

the taxi driver was there at the start (I think the taxi was part of the show) and as it left there were police cars there already. prepositioned? the taxi passengers were supposed to set up the “narrative” for us, they claimed to have an injured person with a broken leg needing to get to the hospital but they went off script and then wanted to go to a hotel.

did he say the date thing 25th or 28th was because the girlfriend was added to the room on the 28th, wasn’t she already flying back to the Philippines then?

IMHO if there is a cover-up that is because the truth would amount to major international incident.
