Yahoo reveals that all 3 billion users were affected in 2013 hack

Every Yahoo e-mail user likely had info swiped when the web portal was hacked four years ago.

The company on Tuesday said all 3 billion of its users could have had names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, birth dates and passwords swiped.

Last year, Yahoo estimated the number of victims was 1 million.

The update was provided after a forensic investigation by an outside firm.

    It wan’t a “hacK”. Yahoo has had problems with their Admins for years. If any of them get angry at the company, they use their credentials to create problems for the users. This has been going on for at least 8 years. They get into the account and spam/phish everyone in the online address book if there are enough entries to make it worthwhile.
