Could Stephen Paddock, the Las Vegas Killer, be a Muslim Convert?

Over 50 people are dead and hundreds wounded in the worst mass shooting attack in American history. The alleged killer, Stephen Paddock, a 64-year-old man, who spent a lot of time moving around.

His father was a notorious bank robber and he had done quite a bit of gambling lately. My own instinct is that this case is exactly what it appears to be, a mass killer dealing with the disappointments of life through mass murder. We’ve had a bunch of these already.

But ISIS has claimed responsibility. And the ISIS claim states that Paddock was a Muslim convert. That’s not definitive. ISIS likes to claim credit for attacks. And Paddock doesn’t look anything like your typical Muslim terrorist. How plausible is it that someone like him could convert to Islam and decide to kill a whole bunch of Americans?

I call BS on the Muzz angle. I think this winner was a crazy lefty Trump hater, and figured that a country music festival, with Stetsons and Daisy Dukes galore, would be like shooting Trump voters like fish in a barrel. And that’s what he did.

That has to be the odds-on favourite.

“Stephen G Paddock (age 66) is listed at 7272 Ne 8th Dr Boca Raton, FL and is affiliated with the Democratic Party”

“He is a white, non hispanic male registered to vote in Palm Beach County, Florida.”

“soldiers of allah” have permission to get up to all sorts of crazy non halal, haram shit if It might help their “heroic sacrifice succeed.

Alternative thought is that he’s a Hillary or Bernie supporter; Antifa has also claimed credit.

ISIS seems to be unusually stubborn about claiming this guy.

ISIS does NOT claim that attacks are their’s unless they ARE. There may have been ONE such claim, but it is not clear. This pointed by someone, apparently, on Rush Limbaugh’s program.

But, Rush is an EVIL extreme right winger, so he, and his callers, cannot be trusted to spew anything but EVIL extreme right wing hatred. .

  • Right now, all I can conclude was that he was a run-of-the-mill crazy guy.

And a perfect deflection for paranoid leftists everywhere.

I have never understood why crazies need to take innocents with them. Just kill yourself and be done with it.

If you do understand …. There is that famous test for psychopathy which relates the story of a girl who meets “the man of her dreams” at the funeral for her mother, and then goes home and kills her sister. If you know why (without having heard the story before) …. seek help!

I wouldn’t discount this theory at all. The amount of cool planning involved has already eliminated the “just went bonkers” theory.
