‘Hate speech’? LGBT activist blasts gov’t tribunal for saying he was ‘born as male’

A Vancouver transgender “woman” wants the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal to alter an interim ruling to delete the statement he “was born as a male.”

“This is incorrect and is not set out in any of the Complainant’s materials,” wrote Susanna Quail, lawyer for Morgane, formerly known as Ronan Oger.

IT is one of the ugliest THINGS I have ever seen!

In the not too distant future you could be arrested for stating the obvious.

      • barryjr

Well you already get in trouble for speaking the truth.

And an ugly one at that

Sort of struck me as one of the puppets in the old Gerry Anderson TV shows; Stingray, Thunderbirds, etc. Looks like Parker, Lady Penelope’s driver. Or, if I try to be a bit nicer, Brains, the engineer.

It looks like a man, even a manly man.

It wasn’t too long ago that men who dressed like women were called transvestites. My how times have changed.

All the hyperventilating about these odd people with their delusions won’t effect any cultural change with legs. The fad will pass soon enough. Then we’ll all look back and have a good snigger chortle and laugh.
I’ve been having knee slapping belly laughs for years over their “bizarreries” (Will and Ariel Durant)

One stately homo per generation is quite enough thank you. Have these poor unhappy deluded souls no sense of proportion? Have they not been told that being a bore is the worst offence against society one can commit ?

Looks like Woody Allen in drag. Sorry Mr Allen, thats probably too harsh. Im sure Woody would look more feminine in a dress

Christ, she/he/it really should have stayed a male, as a female? She/he/it is butt ugly.

  • Tom Forsythe

His inability to use logic makes me think he may have a point about being female.

    • DaninVan

      Ouch! 😉

  • BillyHW

I totally can’t tell the difference.

Let me help you. Do you feel he/she/it should vote or not?

    • Maggat

      Can she /he/it vote?

      • BillyHW

No, but because he is mentally ill. Women shouldn’t be allowed to vote because they have vaginas.

“Oger was the NDP candidate for the inner-city Vancouver-False Creek riding in the province’s May election.”
Glad it’s not my riding. Like we need another mentally disabled whack-job in politics. It’s bad enough we have a dim-witted man-child in Ottawa.
On the other hand, at this rate, if he lives a few more years, Charlie Manson could be prime minister of Canada.

male or female one thing is for sure and that is it’s nose was born first.

  • Tooth&Claw

Free speech even when rude has been summarily suppressed and outlawed when they can ‘fine’ you 75 grand. A year or more ( a very well paid) person’s salary for being offensive. May as well make it worthwhile and swear a blue streak.

The ugly stick used on him was very well-made.
