Mike Pence To The UN: ‘The Human Rights Council Doesn’t Deserve Its Name.’

On Wednesday, Vice President Mike Pence addressed the United Nations Security Council, and called for a complete reformation, including changes to the Human Rights Council’s membership recruitment policies, and and end to the anti-Semitism that infects their resolutions.

Pull out of the UN and use the savings to build the wall.

Pence singled out Cuba and Venezuela as two countries that should not be on the council. He called Venezuela a “dictatorship” which is nonsense. They have elections which is the definition of democracy – the U.S. doesn’t like the fact that the people of Venezuela chose a socialist government. Pence neglects to mention Saudi Arabia which is on the council and one of the biggest human rights abusers on the planet (and a real dictatorship). Pence spews the neocon nonsense that Russia “threatens Europe as it tries to redraw the map” and Iran is the “biggest state sponsor of terrorism” . Iran isn’t even close! That title goes to U.S. “ally” Saudi Arabia. When was the last time an Iranian backed terrorist group attacked a Western target? I can’t recall any such attacks and yet Sunni Wahhabi terrorists groups supported by the KSA attack western targets daily and of course have destroyed large parts of the middle east.

Having Cuba and Venezuela on the Human Rights Council is like putting wolves on hen house security watch.

Far far worse is having Saudi Arabia on the council but Pence doesn’t dare single out KSA – America’s great “ally” in the middle east. Pure hypocrisy.

anti semitisim is the only thing they do right.. and even then it has no teeth, pence is no better then any other globalist, he just comes at it from a different vector. The UN should be disbanded in the US , period, the EU can house them.
