9/23 BREAKING – Austin ANTIFA Fighting with Police at Capital

Wow, I feel sorry for the person who videoed this as they seemed to be afflicted with Parkinsons Disease by the evidence of the shakeycam – or is this just as the result of an overdose of meth that caused those tremors?

At 6:44, “This is what white supremacy looks like”. Hmmm, there seems to be a lack of people of colour, so the man shouting this must be a white Antifa member. It may be that he is ‘woke’ and has come to the sudden realisation that this groups actions are almost exactly like the Brownshirts of the Nazi party, right down to the declaration that what they are doing is what Nazis would be doing.

There seem to be more Communist flags than Antifa flags, emphasising that Antifa’s supporters are more about destroying our civilisation and replacing it with a.Communist system, presumably with these Antifa members in charge. And this time, this Communism will be done right, unlike every preceding example which have always failed because that wasn’t real Communism.

And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

I see even there law enforcement refuses to enforce the law. Otherwise every single one hiding his identity would be arrested, charged and identified publicly. Allowing them to flaunt the law by hiding their face just emboldens them.

I couldn’t find whether it is currently against Texas law to wear a mask in public, but did find a Chicago Tribune article of October 17, 1931 where it reports a 21 year old man was sentenced to prison for five years under Texas law for wearing a mask (but was doing some other very illegal acts in association at that time). http://archives.chicagotribune.com/1931/10/17/page/10/article/gets-5-years-for-violation-of-texas-anti-mask-law

From the video clip they were doing other illegal acts. First from my understanding they had no legal right (permit) to be there and then there was their behaviour, which was not by any means a civil demonstration. I also assume they would have been ordered to disperse and did not, but I can only assume this part.

Do they need a permit for a peaceful gathering where roads were not blocked and vehicular traffic was not disrupted?

Doesn’t the Antifa’s protest gathering fall under the protection of the Freedom of Assembly rights of the First Amendment? Just the meeting of a group of people in the park, that is, not any other actions or their concealment.

I have little doubt that if the police weren’t there, their actions would have escalated and that each statue in the park would have been spray painted and anyone assessed as a ‘Nazi’ punched.

I am just going by the video clip and what I saw was not a peaceful gathering. Without actually having been there from start to finish, I admit it is impossible to know all the facts.

Looks like a bunch of idiots who are angry because they cannot get laid, here is a suggestion go fuck yourselves.

A law forbidding covered faces would go a long way in solving the problem. We all know it, what are they waiting for?

    • Alain

If I am not mistaken it is already against the law, but the law has not been enforced for a good while.

      • CoolTolerance

They can’t enforce it because of religious issues such as niqab, burqa.
We often see niqabees with the Antifas.
