Thug who tried to rob Starbucks plans to sue good Samaritan who stopped him

The mother of a man who police said attempted to rob a Starbucks in California, but was thwarted by a Good Samaritan, reportedly said her son plans to sue because the hero used “excessive force.”

I wonder what this mother who raised such a fine boy considers “excessive force” against the apple of her eye who (a) pointed a gun at the cashier and (b) held a knife in the other hand. Commensurate force would have been to shoot him. She should thank the Good Samaritan that her son is still alive.

    what excessive force

he had a knife and a gun

i would have put two bullets in his chest

“excessive force” would be the samaritan dragging your sorry ass outside, opening your jaw, placing your teeth on the edge of the curb and stomping the back of your skull, which you rightly deserve. Be glad he didn’t snap your f*cking neck, which would also be deserved.

LOL maybe he wasn’t that threatening, the cashier didn’t exactly seem terrified and there seems to be another employee still wiping tables as it all goes down. 😛 “Sorry I can’t open the till until you tell me if you want sprinkles with your robbery.”

Heat of the moment and adrenaline rush.

The good Samaritan should not only counter sue but contact the media as well as use social media to PUBLICLY SHAME the thief and his mother. Public Shaming can be a very effective tool!

This is Starbucks Social Justice Café we’re talking about. Once corporate headquarters finds out about this, the good Samaritan will be barred for life and the thief will be named customer of the year.

okay, somehow, he starts with a guy, and then when they aren’t compliant enough, he pulls out a knife?

He had a stern letter in his pocket, just in case.

I watch the video a number of times and didn’t see any excessive force against anybody. I’m not saying he might not have deserved some but he certainly didn’t get any.
