Reporting on the Rohingya: “The Tip of a Huge Iceberg of Misinformation”

“…In the last month, the world media reports, 250,000 Rohingya have now fled the latest cycle of violence, that began with Rohingya attacks on the military in mid-August, for Bangladesh. In fact, Aung San Suu Kyi has spoken out, but not in the way that many expected. They wanted her to categorically denounce the Burmese military and to depict the Rohingya as entirely innocent victims of Buddhist attacks; this she has refused to do. She believes the story of the Rohingyas in Myanmar is more complicated than the outside world believes. She has noted that “fake news” about atrocities in Myanmar have been relied on by much of the world’s media. More than a few of the stories about the Rohingya have indeed been accompanied by photos purportedly showing the violence against them, but which, in fact, have turned out to be photos of other atrocities experienced by other peoples, having nothing to do with Myanmar. Even the BBC’s south-east Asia correspondent, Jonathan Head, concedes that “much of it [the photos, and the coverage] is wrong.” A closer look reveals that many of the pictures supposedly from Myanmar have come from other crises around the world, with one of those tweeted by Turkey’s Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Simsek even dating back to the Rwandan genocide in 1994.”

It was the same kind of lies spread by the MSM that were used to justify the West aiding the wrong side in Serbia/Kosovo. In that they still cling to those same lies. Any doubts just watch any entertainment production concerning that war: invariably Muslim good, Christian Serb bad.

    • Maurice Miner

Fuck, things must be bad if they are escaping to BANGLADESH for Christ’s sake!

      • mobuyus

That’s where the stink comes from.

      • Drunk by Noon ✓

That’s not too surprising, they are originally from there.

        • Maurice Miner

OK, thanks for that DbN – I was not aware that these were transient populations – I will dutifully research and report back!

its just another example of muslim infiltration then demanding a chunk of Burmese territory it is invasion pure and simple.

“Aung San Suu Kyi has spoken out,” and she may lead the way in how to deal with the colonizing death cult.

    • It will prove the most effective, the deportation of the Rohingya removes the support base from the Muslim insurgents.

      • But i transports them somewhere else.

I get the feeling that this is kicking the can down the road.

        • Alain

Down the road like Hotel Canada?

          • Maurice Miner

“You can check out anytime you want, but you can never leave.”

            Well played, Sir!

          • I like “Hotel California” better. 🙂

But seriously, where does it leave everyone else? To fix an existing problem.

        • Martin B

They’re being sent back to Bangladesh, where they came from in the first place, and the border is being mined so that they can’t come back.
Mind you, that won’t stop Turdeau from inviting them all to Canada courtesy of our tax dollars.

          • Oh, good.

My point is: whether they are removed forcibly or exiled or simply emigrate, the problem isn’t stopped at the source. It will Bangladesh’s problem and then ours.

At first , the media had me believe that the muslims were victims . But then i turned off the radio and put down the STAR and went to non bias Internet websites that re-post the News from the actual nation with a crisis.

Japan doesn’t have a muslim problem because they know all about islam and jihad where they even are selective for Tourists that are muslims or try to come
in as an Immigrant at the Airports. They control the existing mosques and try to contain the population as a % by stopping immigration by muslims women that are meant to pump out 5-6 babies .

here’s a muslims man holding his child as he tell the Japanese airport staff that he will kill then if the touch his wife.
Where was this guy to meet Justin at our Airport for his Photo-OP to show the peaceful muslims from Lebanon and Jordan .
The CBC and STAR wouldn’t know hat to do when Justin tries to shake the hand of this savages wife.

This knuckle dragging wife-beaters has a quran that tells him that HE is part of the Master-faith blessed by allah and destine to rule the Earth,
Close to 75 % of them muslims in Europe are on Welfare and have NO employable skilled until gang rapes become an industry. The majority of muslims women in Canada are on welfare as unemployable because their men put them in beekeeper suits or use the quran to tell social workers that islam forbids them from working outside the home.

Muslims and left wing MSM worldwide are great at portraying their jihad activities as them being the victims. It’s called Islamophobia. We are expected to apologise to them as they destroy us.

As usual the Bangladehisi illegally emigrated to Burma back 8n thecearlyv19th century and thevBrits were a tad slow to stop it until it was too late (1930s I think)
My question is what have the illegal Bangladeshis have done recently that’s provoked such a violent backlash?

    • Frances

The most recent “even” is the August attacks by the Rohingya militants on 30 Burmese police stations and the killing of several dozen Burmese. But the article discusses violence going back to a massacre in 1942. It’s a long but very interesting article.
