Yangon: The Myanmar government said on Wednesday it was negotiating with China and Russia to ensure they block any UN Security Council censure over the violence that has forced an exodus of nearly 150,000 Rohingya Muslims to Bangladesh in less than two weeks.

Myanmar de factor leader Aung San Suu Kyi blamed “terrorists” for “a huge iceberg of misinformation” on the strife in the northwestern state of Rakhine but, in a statement, she made no mention of the Rohingya who have fled.

Strange a monk in Burma can say that about muslims publicly but anyone saying that in Canada could lose their job, could be sent to human tribunal, etc.

yes, but we MUST celebrate our diversity, and the budget will balance itself, and he has such NICE HAIR.

  • Europe, Israel, the US, Canada, and Australia, should all be following Myanmar’s example and driving all their Muslims out, once and for all. Muslims belong in Muslim countries, not in the West. This is the long -term solution of a problem that will plague mankind and cause enormous suffering everywhere if it is not resolved now. The longer we wait, the worse it will get, and the more suffering it will cause. A stitch in time saves nine.

A giant river of humanity forced marched back across the border to Turkey and then a giant wall erected across the entire Turkish frontier, Muslims and Africans too.

Bangladesh will plead poverty at the UN and demand that Europe, Australia and North America be expected to take a quota of “Rohingya” Bengalis, whereupon a large part of Bangladesh Bengalis will identify as Rohingya. It’d be like Albanians claiming to be from Kosovo. There’s only 160 million muslims in Bangladesh, so how bad could it be?

      • You are right. Unfortunately, that is likely to happen. The bleeding hearts in the West will want to show their Compassion by importing masses of Rohingya, and many Bengladeshis will come with them.
