A cop who detained a nurse who was simply doing her job will now face a criminal investigation over her unlawful arrest.

University of Utah nurse Alex Wubbels released a shocking video to the public on Thursday showing her detention, in the hopes of preventing a similar incident from happening again.

Maybe, next time he has a hospital visit he’ll get a syringe full of air pumped into a vein.

In my experience, this type of behaviour by leos is too common – as there is little to rare police accountability in Canada nor tools fror anyone to investigate the police. In the US, leos can be and are fired, sent to jail or prison for criminal acts – in Canada, they could be promoted, get years of paid leave and then retire but no charges or not even be investigated at all etc… Can’t imagine being a professional honest empathic leo in Canada who takes exception to crime by anyone, the pressure from superiors and peers must be surreal.
