Damore: Google Employees ‘Openly Shame All Men’ In Meetings

James Damore, the Google engineer that was fired for writing a memo criticizing the company’s diversity policies, said in a Thursday interview that Google employees publicly criticize people based on race and gender in meetings.

Google records all of their meetings, so if those recordings were somehow subpoenaed, they could be leaked to the Internet, and Google would be ruined.

If Damore is suing, his lawyer just might do that.

        I hope so.

No need for that, Google will be leaking like a sieve soon enough.

The first was the questions going to be asked and the full names of the people who were going to ask them at their next staff meeting was leaked so they canceled it because the women felt “unsafe”.

I’m willing to bet there will be more then a few massive data breaches in the near future as well now that they put a giant target on their back.

But, but … they’re modern, tolerant progressives, and progressives are against racism and sexism. (Except, of course, when it involves white males: everyone is allowed to hate and vilify that group.)

  • moraywatson

All white males are ‘x’ = stereotyping.
Shaming white males because of stereotyping = racism.
Google openly practicing racism at employee meetings = getting their asses sued, big league.

Problem is a majority of judges probably hold exactly the same opinion as google, so being right really doesn’t help.

If true, it sounds like IBM.

I saw this gender discrimination starting to happen over twenty years ago – and complained about it then. Advertising that showed Dads who couldn’t change a diaper, dads who couldn’t do laundry, dads who didn’t even know what company to take their car to for an oil change or what type of home insurance to have because their wives always knew better. I don’t agree with the MGTOW movement, but I understand why it began.
