Transgender US soldier felt ‘fired’ by Trump’s tweet

BERATZHAUSEN, Germany (AP) — The subject line read: “Announcing a personal change.”

The U.S. Army soldier took a deep breath before hitting the button that sent the email to more than 200 fellow troops.

“All considered, I am, and have been, traversing what is essentially a personal matter, but is something I must address publicly,” the email stated. “I am transgender.”

OMG spare me the eternal: “I feel….” or someone or some thing made me feel”. What you feel is your problem, not mine nor anyone else’s.

It’s never a good idea to give people with mental disorders guns.

Don’t let the door hit your ass and still-intact junk on the way out the door.

How and what you feel is irrelevant; how you can perform the duties for which you have signed up – and said duties can be for a prolonged period under very stressful conditions – is much more to the point. Or, as I was wont to say to the parents in my Brownie pack “intent is good, but the tea has to be drinkable and not poured all over you.”

First of all…who do these men think they are kidding? It’s always glaringly obvious when men try to pass as women. All those expensive hormones don’t seem to do anything to “soften” male physical attributes, so save your money.

Second…how many transvestites are actively serving in the US military (as a percentage of the whole)? I’m guessing it’s something like 0.0005%. And I’m guessing most soldiers, if polled, would say they would rather not serve alongside someone who believes they are the wrong gender.

Accommodating transvestites didn’t work out so well for Target…it won’t work out so well for the military either.

“…..was given a diagnosis of gender dysphoria and started hormone therapy.”
WTF? The doc didn’t try and treat the dysphoria but instead encouraged it. The world has really gone insane.

I noted that as well. Weird.

My former M.D. told me this at a time when I had a physical issue. We have two tools in the toolbox. Drugs or surgery. Which would you like?
My guess is drugs was an ‘easy’ fix as far as the doctor and the patient was concerned.

This has to stop. The inmates are running the asylum. This person is mentally ill. In the article he says he was worried about not being “masculine enough” … so what happened between wanting to he-man to full fembot?
