No, Christians And Muslims Don’t Worship The Same God; It’s Not Even Close

Contrary to former President George W. Bush, texts held sacred by Muslims and even some notable Catholic and Protestant church leaders, Muslims and Christians do not worship the same god and that’s why their societies are so radically different.

The idea that the world’s two largest monotheistic religions pray to the same god became a commonplace in the aftermath of 9/11, likely due in great part to Bush, who sought to unify secular Western liberals and Christians with moderate Muslims in the war on terror.

Muslim immigration to the US and the West in general became a flood after 9/11. The dark consequences of that attack, and the foolhardy words of Bush and his administration in trying to appease an unappeasable death cult, live with us today.

Shouldn’t that be Satanists and Muslims worship the same being as God?

There is no god and I didn’t capitalize god on purpose.

Unfortunately it doesn’t matter if you believe in a god or not. We, including you, are in danger from ≈1.6 billion people that do believe in a hateful, warlike religion that believes a god has told them to be like that.

    Islam is Islam.

Islam is the enemy of humanity.
Islam is the enemy of God.

For the Muslim, it is simply inconceivable that Allah would become a mere man or die a mortal death for any reason whatsoever.

To conceive requires thought, something the Muslim mind does not dare possess. However 14 centuries ago some illiterate desert Arab was exposed to a heresy or some alternate view of JC, which ended up getting written into the Koran where it remains unquestioned to this day.

Allah on the other hand had daughters al-Lat, al-’Uzza, and Manat of the Satanic Verses fame, so no, not the same god.

    • Therein lies (one of the many) a problem with their theology.

God is God and can do whatever He wants. If He wishes to humble Himself to save mankind, then that is an extent of His love, not His perceived weakness.

  • People have clearly read neither the Bible nor the Koran.

Literacy: not just smart people anymore.

  • The Koran is a cut-and-paste job from Judaism, Christianity, and other sources. Whoever wrote it, or put it together, had a smattering of knowledge of those various sources. The god Allah is an invention with bits and pieces of stories and ideas from these sources, with the result being a highly distorted image of God. Muslims will never admit this and will remain screwed up by their Koran for hundreds or thousands of years yet. The only way for civilized peoples to deal with this crazy sect is to quarantine its adherents in certain areas of the world, notably in the Arabian Desert, where the sect originated. Tent cities should be built there and Muslims from all over the world should be transported there and dumped there forever. The problem won’t go away by ignoring it.
