    I thought the “caliphate” was a big deal for ISIS. So much so that considered themselves a forerunner of the Islamic end times – they even had a glossy magazine called “Dabiq” in honour of the last battle that was to be fought between the “believers” and the infidels . Now that they are losing their “caliphate” why is it that no one is questioning the veracity of their vision let alone the basis for it?
