Yes, They Really Do Despise Their Civilization

You can say this for Donald Trump: he’s great at useless provocation, but sometimes his provocations are helpful by what they force his opponents to reveal. The Warsaw speech was stunning in this way. I’m glad I read it before I read any of the left-liberal comment on it, else I might have thought it had been drafted by Dr. Goebbels.

Trump smoked out all the phonies on the right.

Long winded bullshit article, from 100% cucked “conservatives”, saying: “The speech was good words but everybody is misinterpreting it – what it really means is THIS.

Especially rich since he drags out the falsehood that the US was/is an idea nation – you think the idea is great? ding ding ding you’re an American. No: our founders created a blood and soil nation.

According to Shakespeare, Henry V was quite the carouser when he was Prince Hal, but turned serious and even heroic when he assumed the throne. So I assess Trump based on his record after assuming office, and his Warsaw speech was in keeping with his nationalist policies.

Part of the problem is the projection that people have which I think contributes greatly to the relativist approach to other cultures. Projection is the tendency to assume that someone else is going to act exactly the same as you would in the same circumstances. Or as my mother once said, “All people just want the same thing: to live in peace and raise families.” She has since changed her mind from the contrary evidence over many years.

From projection, people assume that other culture must have a legitimate claim of resentment against the West, because they themselves would only have a resentment against someone else if there was a good reason for it.
