Police from a region in the majority-Christian Philippines are considering issuing mandatory identification cards to thousands of Muslims living there – a proposal Human Rights Watch condemned as “collective punishment”.

Anything condemned by Human Rights Watch has to have some merit to it.

Slightly off-topic, but intelligence sources tell me there will be a major Philippine musical show in Toronto on July 29 featuring the best singers you never heard of. I attended one of these shows last year in Brooklyn and was suitably impressed. A majority of the songs are in English. It is a tragedy of that country’s entertainment industry that a Brian Epstein never arose to lead a Philippine invasion.

We need to register all muslims.

Human Rights Watch, SPLC, ACLU, Amnesty International, MSF…..they’re all cut from the same cloth. Don’t expect help or cooperation from any of them.

The collective punishment is having jihadi Muslims in their midst.

If I were Duarte I would brand them, right on the prayer bump with a big ‘M’, you could recognize them in an instant, and act accordingly.

Well done. The Philippines gets it. Why can’t we?
