More hot air from Trudeau

New climate change ambassador another Liberal diversion

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s appointment Tuesday of a new climate change ambassador — actually Canada’s fifth although her duties will be slightly different from the previous four — is what the Liberals do best when it comes to climate change.

That is, they have a never-ending supply of political announcements about climate change.

That is my Fav Justin picture. One i suspect is not far from the truth in “french only” Quebec. LOL?

  • Every single thing this dope has done since elected is ideology-based, whether legislatively or otherwise, everything is ideology. That’s not the mandate of a Prime Minister — how I should think or believe is not the role of our elected representatives, and spending our taxpayer money on indoctrinating us into how we should think or believe is not part of the “social contract” that citizens have with the State.

I’d like to see Trudeau do just one thing that Governments are actually mandated to do with our tax money re: the environment, like actually clean up a dirty river or lake somewhere.

    • I don’t think Goldstein believes this carbon nonsense but does posit that, if true, this or that party is not playing by the rules it set for everyone else.

For a politician to be believed, he might as well tackle water or air pollution which affect far more people immediately than what plant food (ie – carbon dioxide) might do.

  • Liberal Progressive

It is important to save the world from Global Warming/Climate Change.

Why just look at that past 6 months. Daytime temperatures in much of Canada are up 20 to 25C (36 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit)!

    • Liberal Progressive

It should mention that is the daytime temperatures are up 20 to 25C (36 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit) HIGHER than just 6 months ago!!!

      We’re burning up!

Yes, that usually happens when we go from winter to summer.

  • Frances

Until I see our leaders living up to their rhetoric by lowering their own carbon footprints substantially, I see no reason to lower my standard of living.

And the federal payroll just keeps on growing.

    • Alain

I suspect the same now goes for the federal bureaucracy.

97% of all climate scientists agree that when Pres. Trump cuts off their funding that they will have to get real jobs

Little dick head is in Toronto today for a photo op to prop up Wynne. Working at his office is so boring.
