President Nicolas Maduro said a police helicopter fired on Venezuela’s Supreme Court on Tuesday in a confusing incident that he called a thwarted “terrorist attack” aimed at ousting him from power.

That flag the copter in the picture is carrying, sure looks like a false one to me.

    • So it could be a Government-sponsored “false flag” operation. You may be right.

I raise one eyebrow over the way Maduro is trying to make something out of what was basically a dud grenade (a DUD??!)
The whole thing smells worse than a beached whale one month on in the tropics.

        • The strange thing is they’re blaming followers of the now-deceased Hugo Chavez, Maduro’s mentor and hero. They’re making it look like a division within the commie government itself — an internal coup.

  • No Mr. Maduro, it’s not a “terrorist attack” because no innocent civilians were targeted. It’s a precursor to a “coup”. And as a Commie, it’s a term you are quite familiar with: “golpe de estado”.

It’s a way of telling Maduro that the police are not entirely on his side.
