Transgender teacher’s fight for human rights complaint hearing dismissed

Trans something

A transgender man removed from the St. Albert Catholic school district’s substitute teacher roster has lost his latest bid to have a human rights tribunal hear his discrimination complaint.

In a written decision Friday, the Alberta Court of Appeal upheld earlier decisions by an Alberta Human Rights Commission tribunal and the Court of Queen’s Bench that a tribunal can’t hear Jan Buterman’s complaint because he agreed to a settlement with the school board.

Buterman said he never agreed to the terms of the settlement, and accepted no money from the school board.

The homosexual degenerates want your children. They have no morals.

    • Pushing this agenda onto children is wrong period.

      • BillyHW

Oddly enough this agenda never gets pushed on muslim children. I wonder why?

        • Halal Bacon

It’s simple. The moslems would kill the poofters

The schools are doing it as their primary goal these days.

The Catholics don’t agree with homosexual ideas, so they have a right to not have these people in their schools. The catholic church only allows homosexual behavior if it’s a priest molesting boys.

    • Carlos_Perera

A priest molesting boys compounds his sin against chastity and crime against nature by violating the discipline of celibacy and, especially, by corrupting a youth (see, e.g., 9:42, Mt 18:6, and Lk 17:2). Nothing in the teachings of the Catholic Church allows homosexual behavior by priests, especially where pederasty is concerned. But you know that, of course; you are just taking a cheap shot at the Catholic Church from your safe perch in front of a keyboard.

I agree; they never take cheap shots to your face.Crimes against children in all societies. Halal bacon should put his stone down, and look around

Is it legal in Canada to home school your children?

  • Concerned Canadian

Yes but the courts refused to intercede ONLY because this whatever had agreed to a settlement. If not, I bet they would have ruled in whatever’s favour.
