Danish family threatened with fine over American flag in their garden

The flag upset some of the Hedegards’ neighbors, who reported the family to police. One of those who filed a complaint felt provoked by the flag, she told JydskeVestkysten, on condition of anonymity.

Priceless. Another reason to ignore the euro trash.

The sooner the Muslims kill them all, the better

    But Europeans are so sophisticated!

I find it very funny that complaints such as these are always done anonymously. In my view, if someone is too much of a coward to put their real name on a comment or complaint then it should automatically become null and void.

Nazis are brave. That’s why they are always wearing masks when they attack conservatives

I don’t make complaints such as these.
But, I do appreciate being able to come here to this website and bitch about things in pseudo-anonymity.
BCF Mods have my email address.
They know where to find me if they choose to.
I’m grateful for this soap box.

My dad has told me numerous times that it is very reckless of me to use my real name and facebook profile on the various sites I frequent because there could be backlash from some of the progressive freaks that troll them and each time my answer is the same, If someone takes offense with something I’ve said or just wants to mess with me in some way they will know exactly where to find me and they will also know that i’m not afraid to further discuss and debate them or to defend myself as necessary. I refuse to be bullied into silence. Not that i’m saying anyone who uses a nom de plume is a coward it’s just the way I am.

As long as your job is safe or if you’re retired, you are good. Don’t underestimate the SJW’s. I give my kids the same advice your dad gives you.

          Oh, kiddo, please be careful.
Those fucking cunts will stop at nothing to destroy your life.

    …”felt provoked by the flag”…

And there we have the problem: ‘FELT’.

Take your “feelings” and eyes to some other direction, and that flag will not bother you anymore. What is it with this super-sensitive garbage these days…? Is there something in the freaking water? And why would the police even listen to this jackass?

Hang up the phone, laugh it off, and forget this idiot even mentioned he “felt” bothered by a flag.

    Come on…

  • Clink9

I would have wished the neighbors sex and travel.

  • jayme

Ah yes, America the root of all evil. These ungrateful idiots never pause for a second to consider where Denmark, and Europe in general, would be if America hadn’t come to their aid in WWII and continued to offer protection throughout the Cold War.

    • Ed

Almost wish we new that’s how they felt back then. A little German vibrancy might suit them well.

  • It’s clear these neighbours have very little going on in their lives.

    • Waffle

Are you sure the neighbours are Danish-Danish?

According to the article, here’s what was said to the newspaper:

“We feel we are a part of American culture in Denmark,” Rikke Hedegard told Jydske Vestkysten newspaper, as quoted by The Local. “I could understand if it was a Nazi or ISIS flag, but an American flag, I don’t understand that at all. But it’s probably because [the complainants] are not part of the culture,” she added.

Oh, and BTW, there’s a huge Somali mosque in town. Just sayin’ . . .

(Gotta learn to read code these days)

  • Tooth&Claw

The neighbors, need an afternoon nap and a lullabye. What a bunch of whining children.

  • Brett_McS

There is a town in Ireland, Moneygall, in which people display the American flag, along with the Irish flag. Here is the Google street view.

Don’t get excited, though, The town is basically a shrine to Obama.

  • k1962

Yet and ISIS or Hezbollah flag would elicit no reaction. Would’t want to offend minorities.

That some neighbour did not like it is one thing; actually a thing that one should ignore. That the cops accepted the complaint and acted on it is the real problem or the much bigger problem. That should be no one’s business at all, but then all of Western Europe is a police state to one degree or another along with the UK.
