NYT Uses GOP Shooting To Falsely Attack Sarah Palin With Debunked Conspiracy Theory

The New York Times used the attempted assassination of dozens of Republican congressmen by a left-wing Bernie Sanders supporter to attack former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin with a baseless conspiracy theory blaming Palin for inciting mentally ill Jared Loughner to shoot Democratic Rep. Gaffy Giffords in 2011.

    Screw that. Sue the hell out of them. It’s what all conservative public figures should be doing here and in the States when they e.g. tie us to Nazis and “hate” crimes.

      Plenty of grounds for libel suits it would seem. The last time I looked the freedom of the press did not include freedom to libel.

    nyt is dead media walking. Not like the old days when huge freight trains full of newsprint going south like clockwork from Kap kept much of northern Ontario in food and beer. And Ottawa in foreign exchange.
