Federal government runs Pimp Equity Program

Feds ink contract with imprisoned pimp’s company

Gary Wayne Gabriel Patterson benefited from the federal government’s Pimp Equity Program.

A brutal Toronto lawyer-pimp was awarded a lucrative federal government contract providing pharmaceutical and medical supplies to remote northern Manitoba communities.

And he kept the contract while serving a penitentiary sentence for his crimes.

Gary Wayne Gabriel Patterson’s company landed the contract in ‘99 but he signed it over to his mom while he spent four years in prison for his vicious crimes from 2000 to 2004, Aboriginal Peoples Television Network reported Friday on its flagship program APTN Investigates.
