NYT Scrambles To Fix ‘Almost Entirely Wrong’ Russia Scoop After Comey Testimony

The New York Times is “looking into” whether one of its big Russia scoops is actually true, after former FBI Director James Comey disputed the report in Thursday testimony before Congress.

The paper of record reported Feb. 14 that U.S. intelligence officials had intercepted repeated communications between the Trump campaign and senior Russian intelligence officials in the year leading up to the election. The news firmly planted the as yet totally unsubstantiated narrative that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia to sway the election in his favor.

As the plot thickens, hopefully home to roost come the chickens.

On the other hand these true believers are so filled with the bile of their indignation that the people would pick someone for President that they can’t abide that they will never stop their treasonous behaviour. I hope I’m wrong.

Your not, the leaders of the left honestly think they deserve to rule for ever and that they should not be accountable for their actions. They want their followers to riot and destroy so they will eventually have an excuse to destroy the system and rebuild it to prevent democracy from undermining their goals.

Good article and good research. I like the Daily Caller, but for sure they make a mistake by calling the New York Times “the paper of record”. Only the most naive , left-wing person would call the NYT that. The NYT lies and cheats in order to pursue its pro-totalitarian, anti-human rights agenda.
