35 St. Louis-area convenience store owners indicted following federal raids

A federal grand jury has indicted 35 store owners on federal conspiracy charges for trafficking contraband cigarettes, distributing controlled substances and money laundering.

    The names of the accused sounds like roll call at Daesh Headquarters. Two guesses where that laundered money went, and the second guess will not be necessary.

      Actually my initial thoughts were that the list of names of the accused read like the list of tenants in any TCHC or Dixon Rd apartment building or Justin Trudope’s dream voter list in the next election.

    The feds shut down a pizza joint in Rochester, NY some time back when its Yemeni owner was nailed on charges of recruiting and fundraising for the Islamic State.

    Wasn’t much of a loss either, as that joint consistently received bad reviews for poor quality and bad service, and made even the most dingy truck stop diner look like a five-star restaurant in comparison…
