Pig Parts Perplex Police

Nine wooden stakes topped with pieces of a dead pig have been found on a plot of land where a mosque is scheduled to be built in Germany, according to police. It follows numerous protests against the proposed place of worship.

The stakes, which measured 1.5 meters (5 feet) tall, were planted on the plot of land in the east German city of Erfurt, DPA news agency said, citing local law enforcement.

These constitute a pagan religious artefact or a popular art installation. For the police to disturb either would be cultural vandalism.

It’s worth a try, I suppose, but I’m not sure how successful it is: this sort of thing has been done before but the damn mosques seem to always get built.

Poor piggies. Perhaps better to spread a thick coat of pig shit over the site. The pig shit would serve as an avant-garde art installation as Tom suggests .

Perpetrated by oppressed misunderstanders of porcine dogma, from deprived socio-economic backgrounds, whose motives are difficult to ascertain and unravel, no doubt.

What a waste of tasty pig ears. Cook ’em up right, make sandwich.

My dog loves pig ears. I’m not sure I need to eat them. I am sure that the dog can have the ears and I will have the tastier bits.

The way they fix ears in Mississippi looks pretty good. I would certainly give them a try.
