A Coup Attempt, Not a Constitutional Crisis

A ranking Republican statesman this week told an off-the-record gathering that a “coup” attempt was in progress against President Donald Trump, with collusion between the largely Democratic media and Trump’s numerous enemies in the Republican Party. The object of the coup, the Republican leader added, was not impeachment, but the recruitment of a critical mass of Republican senators and congressmen to the claim that Trump was “unfit” for office and to force his resignation.

“Unfit for office” fits Ryan and his jellyfish co-parent of the Senate like a glove.

    The Colonel weighs in:

” the goal is simple. Draw off enough weak, attention-addicted RINOs to make it impossible for the President to govern.”

The “ranking Republican statesman” didn’t have to go off the record. Sean Hannity has been saying the same thing on the air all week long.

These fools in the beltway had better get on their knees and pray that they don’t put Trump out of play. Ensconced in their bubbles they don’t know or don’t want to know that his support is now stronger than when he was elected..

If they try a play against him, there will be blood in the streets with millions of pissed off people gunning for their asses. This won’t be a civil war like the last kick at the can, but more resembling Rwanda or Yugoslavia.

Man, they are really pushing for a civil war.

Let’s be real ….no one will get off their couch

Well its going to make it easier to spot the sell outs

  • This will blow back in their faces.

Whatever one may think of Trump, he is not an immediate danger to the average American citizen. His forced removal will only end up with Pence as president (I don’t see how he would be incapable) and make the Republican party appear woefully inadequate and unelectable.
