Immigration issues remain a concern

Every week there’s either an on the ground report or release of government data that reminds us we’ve got a problem at our border.

The latest news is that Canada is heading towards a record high number of asylum claims for this year. As Candice Malcolm reports in the Sun: “between January 1 and March 31, 2017, there were a total of 8,960 asylum claims filed through either the Department of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the Canadian Border Services Agency
