Trump says ‘major, major’ conflict with North Korea possible, but seeks diplomacy

“We’d love to solve things diplomatically but it’s very difficult,” he said.

Forgive my ignorance on this. But is north Korea the real problem facing the world or the USA? The fat fuck in NK knows he does one thing. He’s done aka dead.

The real issue lies further west (from NK)

    • Maybe NK isn’t the “real problem facing the world”. But it’s certainly a real problem facing its immediate neighbours — South Korea and Japan. Japan isn’t providing the carrier escort in that pic because it’s nice PR.

Atago-class Aegis guided missile destroyer JDS Ashigara (DDG-178) commissioned 2008 and Murasame-class destroyer JDS Samidare (DD-106) commissioned 2000.

        • Of course they look like a couple of tug boats in comparison to the size of the carrier, but I imagine they have quite the arsenal.

      • It is in that a conflict will make trade, ect very difficult, not to mention possible missile strikes on American (or Canadian) territory.

      And your point is…….

    • NK is a problem. But if they even tried to launch a nuke towards the US they would suffer immediate total defeat. One US nuke sub could finish the job in minutes. Are they truly that stupid?

But the biggest problem the US (and the world) faces is the Islamic death cult. Islam’s death cult cannot be defeated in standard military ways. Just look how the rag tag jihadis have outlasted the Russians and the US in Afghanistan.

To win against the Islamic death cult we must have the ultimate courage. We have to tell Muslims that their damn “religion” needs a reformation. And no politician yet has the balls to do the job.

The fat fuck is in bed with iran. They are 69ing each other. You know sharing nuclear and ballistic missile technology.

      • Starlord

Thanks for the info. I Keep on forgeting how much Iran has its fingers in the despots around the world.

        • mobuyus

Keep your eyes on the prize. The sooner the iranian islamic theocratic regime of the mullahs is put down, the better it will be for the Free World. Scince 1979 their goal has been the destruction of the West. This has not changed one iota. No amount of ass kissing will work. This is the only reason they are in bed with that fat little Korean cockroach.

In fairness to Trump, this is largely an inherited problem, one that has been allowed to grow and metastasize by the inaction and timidity of previous Presidents, starting with Clinton. They kept pushing it down the road (same thing with Iran) and now there is a monster to be addressed, and the risk of serious loss of life. Three cheers for wimpy Western leaders.

The important thing is having the Red Chinese onside as it appears they are because they don’t want the Japanese, South Koreans, and Taiwanese getting their own nukes once the Norks have improved their missiles enough.

    • That is true. Neither Bush nor Obama took this problem seriously. It is up to Trump do what he can.

I noticed that tucked into the second last paragraph of the article was a mention that a recent tax proposal by Trump will increase the deficit. I thought that before the election he pledged to reduce the deficit and debt.

    • tom_billesley

Critics say something, and because it’s about Trump that makes it true?

    • Billy Bob Thornton

Major parties cannot decrease the debt and deficit because they are owned by international bankers otherwise Trump would go James Madison and go back to a value based currency like the Greenback or something based on intrinsic value. Trump is escalating the wars even faster than George W. Bush and Obama when he promised to drain the swamp. Trump cares about US sovereignty but doesn’t like the sovereignty of Iran, Syria and North Korea, proving that he is a globalist.

Those last couple of sentences are real corkers, Skippy.

      • mobuyus

Ya Trump doesn’t share your unrequited love with syria iran and north korea. But so fucking what.

      • UCSPanther

Yes, we know you love the totalitarian theocracy of Iran and that cult compound we all know as North Korea…

      • mobuyus

You are a muslim aren’t ya.

  • Spatchcocked

    Nurse!!!! This man needs Atavan…..NOW!

  • Has Trump sanctioned China? I know that he walked back from calling Taiwan independent from China.

North Korea is crumbling anyway. To quicken that process, punish China, the same country that has used North Korea as a buffer state.

  • LairdKintyre

I say Go for it. The South Koreans are a very good people who respect us for what we did for them in the Korean War. I would say offhand 90% of the North Koreans want Freedom and Democracy but are afraid to step up alone. If we knock out North Korea’s leadership, the country could be reunited. If Trump pulls it off it will earn America great respect and a new Allie in a strong United Free Korea.

Hope for the best, prepare for the worst, and if it comes to it, kick asses and take names.
