You say you want a reformation wellllll, ya know…

I say an Islamic reformation is impossible, but I’m willing to keep an open mind.

This guy thinks the U.S. government can kick-start the process through RICO prosecutions of the offending mosques and mullahs. Is he right? I don’t know, and he’s probably wrong, but creative ideas to fight Islam are always welcome.

The Proposal

American RICO statutes (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) were intended to go after the mafia.  The acts of Islamic mullahs and jihadis clearly falls into the same pattern as the mafia.  The only difference being, Islam’s claim of an oddball form of “religious legitimacy”.

The US should use the RICO statutes to, declare Islam, a criminal enterprise.  Then close Islam down as it presently exists in the US.

RICO allows the government to follow crime and money.  Then, arrest all, and confiscate anything in its path.

You can be sure the movement of money for jihad is widespread.  You can be sure the incitement and communication between mullahs and mosques is wide spread.  You can also be sure there is foreign involvement.  The RICO statutes were made just for this type of activity.

Use a small army of CPAs and attorneys to investigate every jihad attack.  Follow 100% of the money back to its source.  Track anyone involved, in any way.  Then use the RICO statutes to jail, confiscated, and shut down all involved.  That includes:

M1 –  Shutting down mosques involved in any jihad attack.

M2 –  Arrest mullahs involved.

M3 –  Follow, and confiscate, all jihad money back to its source.

You can be sure there is Saudi (and other Islamic country’s) money involved. Nationalize it all, even money the Saudis have in the Western banking system.  (Everything done legally.)

There should be zero tolerance for jihad – in all forms.

This should have been put in place on September 12, 2001, but better late than never.

    • john700

So the US govt. is not able to enforce some simple immigration EOs based on existing laws and this idiot thinks his kooky ideas will become reality???
Also, he doesn’t realizes that the main problem is the Muslim demographic tsunami not some terrorist attacks that kill less people than stupid drivers texting at the wheel.

      • Martin B

The immigration EOs need to go to the Supreme Court. The Constitution and existing laws are plainly on Trump’s side, and now he’s got one more sound judge on the bench. One step at a time.

        • john700

One step at a time. By the time is done, Muslims will be 20% and politicians will lick their asses.

      • RICO worked on the mafia. Why not Islam?

        What’s your idea?

        • john700

          Read again what I wrote.

    • BCF thanks for publishing my RICO-M3 plan.

  • Drunk_by_Noon

I don’t think you can “reform” Islam, but you can make the practicing and preaching the more radical strains MUCH harder in the west, and I think that helps and why his idea might still have merit.

    • Without mullahs, mosques and money, the problem changes dramatically.

Plus the world shock could spread the idea.

      • Drunk_by_Noon

        Precisely!
It gives the world intellectual and moral permission to fight back, which I think would go a long way toward removing the PC aura of protection that Islam now enjoys.

  • ismiselemeas

My position is simpler; no religion should have tax free status. That kills it dead in its tracks before it even starts.

    • Alain

That to me reminds me of certain teachers when I was in elementary school: punish the whole class because of one student. Sorry, I have to disagree.

      • ismiselemeas

Why should religious institutions have tax free status? Why is it punishment to expect corporations that make hundreds of millions a year in donations to pay tax on it?

  • Jabberwokk

Sigh…..only a person who fails to understand the blatant spiritual side of this would be dumb enough to think this had any chance of working.

    • Clausewitz

As long as Shariah law’s default punishment is death, there will never be an Islamic Reformation.

      • Yes Sharia law needs to be changed.

When there are no mullahs or mosques, there will be way less jihadis.

My RICO-M3 program is only intended to start the reformation.

Put your minds to it. What else can be done?

1,400 years is too long to go unchallenged.

      • Jabberwokk

Its worse than that I’m afraid. Had there only been sharia law you might be able to reform it. But sharia law and the edicts of the Quran are not done in a vacuum. There is a proposed objective standard and his name is Muhammad.

Think like Sauron and the one ring. Evil of the one Ring(The Quran) Cannot be undone by any craft we now poses(Legal systems, Argumentation, etc). It is bound to him(Muhammed) as they are one. You cannot undo the ring because you cannot undo Sauron (Muhammad).

Any solution to the contrary has basically comes down to changing the Islam into something akin into a non practicing catholic. So in other words the only form of Islam that is acceptable is one that is not followed. So then why have it all? The Muslim knows this and that’s why it won’t work.

    • What is your solution?

      And why won’t this work?

      From the author.

      • Jabberwokk

        Sorry for my late response.

Let me preface by saying I’m not trying to be antagonistic to you. I appreciate your efforts it’s just that I disagree with them.

If you see Islam as a Religious entity your wrong. If you see it as a Political entity your still wrong. It’s both at the same time. If you can hang them on a political argument they switch to the religious protection and vice versa. For you and I, if your life were a square, religion would be a dot in the square. To the Muslim it is the opposite; your life is the dot and religion is the square. And as such religion and politics are the same thing and therefore take up the same room in the square, namely almost all of it. And a central part to this religion is the spread of, and enforcement of said religion. It’s political aims are entwined with spiritual hungers backed by a transcendent authority. The Muslim will never accept anything other than a transcendent authority and will view this attempt as nothing more than a wicked unbeliever trying to strike the face of God and thus will rise to attack it. And even if your successful all you will accomplish is cutting off the weed but leave it’s roots to grow again. The Islamic worldview must be attacked and defeated at it’s core. You will stop it’s political aims temporarily but fail to meet the spiritual hunger’s it claims to fill and never challenge that transcendent authority. You need something that can meet it at all three levels. In short the only thing that can beat a transcendent worldview is another transcendent worldview that’s both transcendent and true.

Perhaps that’s not your aim but we both know that you can not legislate behavior. At best you gain resentful compliance and at worst resentful rebellion. If I have misunderstood your objectives however my apologies. I’m not trying to make enemies as i think we all have enough of those.

As for solutions here’s what you need.
1:)A free platform to challenge the worldview in it’s entirety.Islam can not grow in the light of freedom, only wither. It’s edicts are overly reliant on force.

2:) Remove means of Islamic enforcement. It is not the fastest growing religion. it is the fastest growing enforced religion. If it is possible to disarm death for apostasy and the like and you will see millions fall away from the faith.

3:)Replace the hope and promise they were taught in Islam. nature abhors a vacuum. If the notion of the transcendent and the spiritual does not factor in to the equation you will end up with a long term volatile people. A person with nothing left to live for becomes the most dangerous.

The problem is the teachings of Marx and his intellectual descendants cover all three of these weakness’s. They stomp out freedom with ever increasing means of control, Cover for Islamic enforcement with charges of Racism and professions of tolerance, and deny the transcendent as a vital and real component of the human experience.

Until Marx is dealt with Mohamed will continue.

        • M1 – no mosques!
          M2 – no mullahs!
          M3 – no money!

Equals a lot less headaches. It is that simple.

          • Jabberwokk

When dealing with people it’s never simple.

Let’s say you accomplish all of that. What do you do with the people? Are they going to stop being Muslim? You really think that a materialistic solution will stop them? Your not competing against the Mullahs sir, your across the table from Allah. In your hand is a higher paying job, a new car, and a handful of assorted amusements. Allah has got immortality and eternal glory he’s calling your bluff and has gone all in. You’ll lose.

            But hey try it.

          • The mullahs are like the conductor at a symphony.

When the mullahs are missing the jihadi show will not be the same. Without incitement, the quantity of “lone wolves” will be dramatically reduced.

          • Jabberwokk

Try it, but I promise you it won’t work.

I contest the mullahs are insignificant next to the existence of the Koran and the ideology in the heads of those who follow it.

It’s like saying If we get rid of the pastors the Christians will stop being Christian. It’s been tried and it didn’t stop Christianity.

            /shrug

  • bargogx1

So in other words, force the issue. Interesting idea, kind of in the same vein as my no accomodations, no appeasement idea, but I still like my idea better. 😉

    • Anything is better than nothing.

      • Jabberwokk

        We agree here.

  • Dana Garcia

We’re always told that Islam can’t reform because it’s already perfect. But hey, jailing jihadis sounds good. And using the racketeering law to prosecute is more than appropriate.

  • bob e

Great Post .. that’s the solution.

  • Islam must be made illegal, and all individuals who stick to it must be expelled.

    • RICO-M3 is a good start towards Islamic illegality.

      • Yes, looks good. I just meant, whatever the means used it needs to be done.

  • pdxnag

RICO is for money issues, not genocidal slaughter.

Start by banning legal recognition to any and all organizations that ascribe to a tenet that if a member leaves that they must be killed. Even right now all non-profits (and the like) must have a legal purpose.

This means all Islam-based organizations b/c of universally recognized penalty of death for apostates. “Religion” is no exception.

    • RICO is for organized crime. Islam is organized crime – and the money is part of organized crime.

No – mosques, mullahs, or money – lots less headaches.

  • Tooth&Claw

Islam is a criminal enterprise looking to exploit and rob non-gang members, force them into sex slavery, slavery, using blackmail and terrorism.
Works for me. Cut off the cash spigot and their ability to recruit.
