Swedish truck attack police arrest two men including ‘ISIS-supporting Uzbeki father-of-four, 39, who CONFESSED to a role in atrocity that killed four’ but say the lorry driver may STILL be at large

Two suspects were arrested last night in relation to the truck attack in Stockholm that saw at least four people killed and 15 injured.

The arrest of the first suspect, a 39-year-old man believed to be from Uzbekistan, took place after police were alerted when he ‘acted strangely’ in a store, according to Swedish media.

The father-of-four was arrested in the northern suburb of Marsta after going on the run following the attack, reported the Swedish newspaper Aftonblat.

The man, whom police suspect was driving the truck, was found ‘lightly injured’ and was wearing a balaclava, with broken glass on his clothes. He reportedly confessed to being behind the attack.
