US Customs Investigate Security Breach On United Airlines Plane At Pearson

CP24 is reporting this but details are sketchy, no violence involved. The plane was towed for examination.

Update: U. S. Customs and Border Protection says that a “mock improvised explosive device” was found during the inspection of a traveler’s suitcase at Pearson International Airport on Thursday, resulting in a Chicago-bound flight being held on the tarmac for more than four hours.

In a statement, U. S. Customs and Border Protection says the device was found during an inspection at the “Toronto Preclearance Facility” at the airport.
