I appreciate her position and that of Beppe Grillo, but I’m not sure a Eurozone exit is something you can accomplish with a deliberative campaign w/o provoking a currency crisis. You just gotta do it. Bank holiday, exchange controls with tranches of foreign currency distributed by periodic auctions, shipping vault cash printed and minted abroad to the central bank in return for reserves on deposit, and banks rubber stamping their domestically printed currency during the holiday as a mnemonic aid to the currency user. You’ll then need to print and mint revived francs, which will take some time.
