Professors at elite college pen disturbing rejection of free speech, aim to silence debate on campus

An influential faculty committee at Wellesley College, a prestigious women’s liberal arts college in Massachusetts, is calling for the school to stop inviting speakers they say cause students “harm” by presenting their ideas.

This is “no biggie” since Wellesley is a women’s college. Most serious employers steer clear of graduates of such places.. That women are frequently “natural snowflakes” has not escaped the attention of employment markets. Hiring a woman for a non-STEM skills-based position will always be dicey. Try not to, and you will be happier for it.

Still, the idea that diverse, sometimes opposing opinions or ideas can “cause harm” to students is preposterous. It should be rejected outright. Even if it means “causing harm”! Ha ha ha!

I cannot disagree with a single thing you wrote. And thanks for not labelling me a misogynist. I love women, particularly my wife, but know that they are, indeed, different. Women are far too comfortable with ambiguity, which leads many down a totalitarian path. As such, women are severely limited when it comes to nation-building – or building anything, for that matter. 😉

Anybody labeling you misogynist for that observation would either be an agenda driven, fake offense taking 3rd wave activist or willfully blind.

I’m surprised (and impressed) that he spelled it correctly. Come to think of it, he’s using a lot of polysyllabic words these days. Maybe his wife is helping him. After all, the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world, doesn’t she?

“Women are far too comfortable with ambiguity”

Aint it the truth. I also find moral relativism to be a problem with women.

As far as being called a misogynist, there’s always gonna be some psycho broad whose gonna do that.

    • “Professors” at “Elite College” – says who?

Colleges have become totalitarian states within the state. the government needs to reassert its sovereignty.
