30 Countries Are Refusing To Take Back Illegal Immigrants Convicted Of Serious Crimes

While these countries are refusing to accept the deportations of these criminals, the U.S. government is still issuing visas and student visas to citizens of those countries, according to the Texan congressman. There is already a law on the books which allows the U.S. to hold visas from a country that is not taking back its criminals, but according to Cuellar, the U.S. is not enforcing it.

If Trump signs another Executive Order (EO) stopping the issuances of visas to these 30 countries until they take back their citizens, would that judge in Hawaii place another Temporary Restraining Order on that EO too?

Trump should sign an Executive Order deporting that judge in Hawaii

      • Shebel

        He should hang that Judge.
And all this talk about the American President having his finger on the BUTTON.

For some strange reason -we give money to Countries.
This should be 30 Countries that we knock off the List.

    • Watchman

I wonder if Trump wrote an Executive Order (EO) suspending money grants to those 30 countries, would that judge in Hawaii issue a TRO because some relative of someone in Hawaii might be adversely affected by not getting free money from the US government?

    1. Sanctions on the countries in question, up to and including an end to diplomatic relations and any travel to the United States for nationals of those countries.

    2. Transport the aliens in question via aircraft carrier to a point off shore, load them into helocopters, fly on shore, and dump them. Fly back. If they shoot at our helocopters, they get artillery barrages aimed at their coastal cities.

It’s a quirk of immigration law known as “Zadvydas cases,” after a 2001 Supreme Court ruling that said the government cannot detain immigrants indefinitely if their home countries won’t take them back.
Cuba, China and Vietnam regularly top the list, but even some countries that are supposed to be closer partners, such as Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras, are refusing to quickly accept some of their citizens whom the U.S. is trying to deport.

    New Observer Online January 2017:
The Pakistani government has accepted back at least 266,412 of its nationals deported home from other nonwhite nations—but refuses to take back those being deported from Europe, it has emerged.
The deliberately two-faced nature of the Pakistani government’s attitude was revealed last week when that country’s senate was told that more than a quarter million Pakistanis had been forcibly deported as illegal immigrants—mostly from Saudi Arabia.
