Kevin O’Leary alleges ‘widespread vote-rigging’ in Conservative leadership race

Reality TV star and Tory leadership candidate Kevin O’Leary is alleging “widespread vote rigging” in the contest to replace Stephen Harper as the next permanent leader of the Conservative Party of Canada.

O’Leary made the accusations in a statement released Thursday in which he accuses “backroom organizers” of using prepaid credit cards to sign up “fake members.”

Meanwhile, the email below alleges vote rigging by Maxime Bernier’s team & was sent to me and others some days ago, O’Leary has tweeted the same email. This is just a partial screenshot but you get the gist of the allegations. Open it in a new window to read it in a larger format. I have no idea whether the allegations are true or false then again nothing surprises me anymore. The suggestion that Bernier has access to Patrick Brown’s lists and is using his team & tactics is disturbing.

Bernier is from Quebec, known for producing the best political chameleon’s in the UNIVERSE. When tossed into the air, and the chaff drifts away there are two piles formed. One is ‘them’, the other is Quebec.

I know this is from the ‘Communist Star’ dated May 27th 2008, but it was relevant to the discussion: “Foreign Affairs Minister Maxime Bernier has resigned his high-profile post after he left secret cabinet documents at the home of his girlfriend, a woman with past links to organized crime.”

Bernier has decent taste in women.

You can’t even vote on holding a church picnic anymore without somebody saying it was rigged.

The entire executive and organization of the federal Conservative party needs a massive overhaul and it is not a surprise at all to hear they are manifesting open corruption. I am amazed that nothing has come out sooner and wonder exactly which elected members keep this malicious body and its many riding offshoots accountable for democratic practices
There should be time limits on the number of years these management people can be involved as we all know the longer they stay in their offices, the more suseotible to corruption they become. And with absolutely no oversight….
No not a surprise at all
    Go Kevin go

Surprise, surprise!!! Kouvalis warned about this weeks ago.

    • Yes he did.

      • Waffle

Makes you wonder about the real reason he resigned, doesn’t it?

  • gaylord ponce

O’Leary is a first-class asshole and has no business being in the Conservative Party.
    I have spoken.

    • Observer

He’s about a conservative as John Tory is. Former Ontario Conservative Party leader John Tory supported Kathleen Wynne and many other Liberals in the last election.

The only good thing Tory did was put out that ad maligning Chretien.
It rid us of Kim Campbell.

    • Alain

I have always considered him to be a Liberal Trojan horse who entered the race to do harm to the party.

why won’t this annoying bald fart just go away?

  • simus1

Good to know the Lugenpresse is working hard to protect all of us from CPC’s corrupt practices.
