Speculation Rises That The 2020 Election Will Feature An Epic Battle Between Donald Trump And Oprah Winfrey

When Donald Trump originally announced that he was going to run for president, he said that his ideal choice for a running mate was Oprah Winfrey, but now he may be actually running against her in the 2020 election.  A recent episode of The David Rubenstein Show that featured an interview with Oprah Winfrey is creating a tremendous amount of buzz that Oprah Winfrey may throw her hat into the ring during the next election cycle.

What incentives will she promise her voters? ‘AND YOU HAVE A HOME AND YOU HAVE A HOME AND YOU HAVE A HOME AND YOU HAVE A BRAND NEW TESLA AND YOU HAVE A BRAND NEW TESLA”…

Now imagine this woman spending your money instead of her own.

Women shouldn’t be allowed to vote.

I have no idea what her politics are (although I can imagine), but I can see her being a very strong candidate. Pretty scary.

This will be great! The final, complete schism between the liberal, elite and the working stiffs. The useless vs the producers.

The conservative media will dig up dirt on her and forever destroy her carefully crafted, perfect reputation.

Meanwhile the Liberal MSM, Hollwierd, Democrats and gutless “CINOS will side with her.

The battle lines are finally clearly drawn and not erasable. This is a good thing.

I wonder at Oprah rallies, will the audience look under their seats and find a new car? I mean she has to step it up a bit from the Obama phones. No?

  • Hard Little Machine

Unlikely. Hillary was unique in that this WAS the drive of her entire life. 100%. That’s why she stuck it out for 40 years. Hollywood luminaries aren’t going to campaign for the 4 or 8 years it would take and Obama’s shadow government isn’t going to let her suck all the oxygen out of the room. They have much deeper goals.

Trump didn’t win because he had been on TV; and Trump’s resume isn’t just his TV shows.

Her network is foundering even as we speak. For crying out loud OWN constantly airs five year old reruns of bad Canadian Cable network shows.

      • andycanuck

Yeah, I’ve read about OWN going down the tubes. And, hey, I like the Shopping Bags or whatever their cooking progamme is called! 🙂

        • Clausewitz

Till Debt do we part is also on OWN. That Canadian show is basically a forum for taking away everything the husband has as a hobby or a form of relaxation, and then blaming everything on him no matter how much of a spendaholic the woman may be. Just another show to make women shake their heads in agreement.

            I’m glad I haven’t seen that one.

Here is Trump appearing on Oprah’s TV show 29 years ago. Already he was sounding presidential.

The weakness in populism is there is always someone more popular than you. Trump usually mode of attack will fail because there is nothing gained by verbally demonizing Oprah considering Oprah’s track record and well documented good deeds. In short unless Trump really knocks it out of the park in 4 years, he will get Trudeau’d. It will be a battle of whose perception of moral righteousness allows them to be ‘deserving’ of the presidency.

He’s just have to mention her weight once and she’d have a meltdown.

Wimpy is a non-starter. She can’t even control her weight much less qualify as another chocolate community organizer.
