Madrid court bans Catholic group’s anti-transgender bus from the road

The orange bus, which had been due to tour cities in Spain, is emblazoned with the message: “Boys have penises. Girls have vulvas. Don’t let them fool you. If you are born a man, you are a man. If you are a woman, you will continue to be one.”

      Aren’t we all.

  • Was the pic photoshopped? Because it’s strange — it literally says:
    “Barbie doesn’t have a c**t because it’s a toy of Satan”.

They literally used the gutter term for “vagina” — “c**t” in Spanish, which is “chocho”.

Probably a shop job. If you search “autobus Hazte Oir”, the organization behind the campaign, you get hundreds of hits with the original text.

      • Yep, the other messages are good. Although I think I would understand if the one with “chocho” in it was banned. Probably that was the point cat was making.

I was about to mention the same thing. seems like the picture was photoshopped. If you look at the original story from RT, that seems to be the case.

    Bad Cat! Bad!

    • Excellent satire actually, but the first time I’ve seen it here in Spanish!

        Agreed. I laughed.

I had to look up “chocho”. I only learnt proper Spanish.

And in Spain hacerte oír is characterized as an extreme ultracatholic organization practically nostàlgics for Franco (which I wouldn’t dismiss out of hand for a small minority) but still it’s really annoying how in Spain they’ve embraced the stupid of transgenderism in the name of tolerant equality. Yeah. Right
