Donald Trump to ‘sign new refugee and immigration travel order on Wednesday’

Donald Trump is expected to sign a new travel ban on Wednesday, according to the Associated Press.

A senior administration official told the news agency of the plans to roll out the fresh refugee and immigration executive order this week, but spoke on condition of anonymity as they are not authorised to discuss the plans publicly.

The fresh travel ban was expected to be signed last week, but White House spokesman Sean Spicer claimed the President had delayed the order “to make sure that we execute this, it’s done in a manner that’s flawless”.

lets hope they are marking the information with slightly different details in order to reveal the obamaleakers.

I’m worried this new order might stem the flow of “dreamers” trudging through the snow to Canada.

    How would we cope?

Unnamed, unauthorized “source”. There is no news here.

Although there is a possibility that this leaking could be a Trump’s administration tactic to preemptively trigger something in Trump’s enemies for a reason I don’t understand at the moment. Without doubt, once released, a Presidential immigration order (using Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 as justification) will receive intense scrutiny from activist judges hoping to destroy this order as Trump’s first attempt was derailed. I guess we will find out soon enough, but probably never find out who leaked if it was a intentional leak, but it might have been a plan just to some out an anti-Trump leaker.

There are lots of children, of all ages, who really, really, like being governed.

children? is that the new catch-all for fascists and communists?

I believe Moray is referring to the emotional immaturity of the individuals who wish to have others decide how they live their lives and are scared of freedom. Freedom to fail or succeed.

  • There should be a better way to roll out a new order.

Not that the nay-sayers will care.

The Ninth Circuit will surely think they have authority to approve or disapprove the policy before anyone acts on it. Expect an emergency stay.
