Trump slays’ em at CPAC: “I’m not representing the globe. I’m representing your country”

During his speech, the president vowed to keep his campaign promises, specifically a repeal and replace of Obamacare, building the Keystone and Dakota pipelines, building a wall on the southern border, restoring military funding.

“We have to, to turn things around. The era of empty talk is over,” he said. “It’s over. Now is the time for action.”

Trump also promised to restore the greatness of the American economy and bring back manufacturing jobs to the country.

“The GOP, from now on, will be the party of the American worker,” he said.

What a novel concept!

Unlike PM Useful Idiot who gives our money away world wide in order to buff up his virtue signalling cred.

First Trump speech I’ve ever watched. It was excellent.

    • It was good.

    • Oracle9

His interviews are also good. Runs circles around the left, and consciously wings it to consciously drive the media crazy with their sudden need for hyper-accuracy.

I have friends who irrationally “hate” Trump from the depth of their being, and not a one of them has ever listened to an interview with the man.

Maybe they are afraid of the infection of a virulent mental meme that will cause them to become billionaires, wear their hair funny, marry stunningly beautiful wives and expect to make America great again?

        It’s akin to Fox News.
So many people hate the network but have never actually watched it.
I subscribed to Fox for a while but I couldn’t stand the likes of Shemp and Wallass and Wan Williams.
And they just brought Beckel back.
Mind you, it’s better than listening to Nickelback.

Same thing here, people at work claim he hates women, blacks, jews and when I ask specific quotes, they refer to other people who sad so.
They don’t listen to him, but to people who have an opinion of him.
I must say they are changing there mind now the policies are rolled out.

I watched all of his rallies during the campaign.
      Experienced withdrawal when he won.

  • Norman_In_New_York

Even more novel is a politician who actually keeps his promises. Oops! Trump is not a politician.

    • That is a shock!

      • Clausewitz

Mike Harris flash backs. Pardon me while I go to the corner and smile at my memories.

That is why Justin Trudeau is bigger than Trump.

    Trump only represents America.

Justin represents the whole world and their interests, not those petty interests of little Canada!

  • Dave Sanderson

I’m soooo happy to watch Trump start unwinding the turban that Oblunder put on America. As a dual citizen I get to vote in both countries …but also pay taxes in both countries. While in Canada I’m noticing more and more Canadians daring to like what he’s doing, contrary to what the Canadian MSM is telling them to think. Canad’s appreciation of Trump is about where America’s was on Labor Day 2015 …by Canada’s next election in 2019 here’s hoping somebody (O’Leary?) has emerged to speak the unspeakable truths we here believe, and causes MSM heads to explode when doing so.

    • Bataviawillem

O’Leary doesn’t like walls by his own admission, so he’s out for me.

    • Maggat

      Forget O’Leary!

      • How are all the tests going, Maggat? If you don’t mind my asking. If you’re on twitter you can Direct Message me: @VioletMamba

      • Or I could send you my email address.

  • Watchman

“‘The GOP, from now on, will be the party of the American worker,’ he said.”
And that’s what the GOP elites are afraid of. They want the votes, but the stench of working class people makes them queasy.

      Scares the Democrats, too.
One of the main things that makes Trump so appealing is who attacked him during the campaign.
There’s three sides to every story.
The left, the right and the Truth.
