Chief suspect in grenade-attack murder of British boy, 8, in Sweden is KILLED as police prepare to arrest him

The chief suspect in the murder of a British boy who was killed by a hand grenade in Sweden has died before he could be arrested.

Yuusuf Warsame, from Birmingham, was sleeping in an apartment in a working class area of Gothenburg, Sweden when the explosive was tossed through the window on August 22 last year.

Police believed the murder was part of an ongoing feud between members of the Somali underworld and had identified a main suspect.

By ‘British’, it probably means ‘holding a British passport’.
Visiting relatives in Sweden? The extended family probably didn’t emigrate from Sweden more than 50 years ago. I don’t think the family emigrated from Britain to Sweden 50 years ago either.
Father’s name, “Abdiwahid Warsame”, a British name almost as common as ‘John Smith’. Almost.
Father said, ““In our culture we don’t do anything specifically for the [the murdered boy’s] birthday,” like many muslims specifically do not, as neither do Jehovah’s Witnesses. I don’t think the family are Jehovah’s Witnesses.

It would seem like an attack on the address of a gang war participant who had moved out previously, or had given this address as his home address.
