California Fights to Hide Bungled Gang Database from Trump Administration’s Prying Eyes

What complicates this particular pencil-pushing nightmare is President-elect Trump’s promise to immediately deport, some say without due process, illegal aliens who are found to be criminal gang members.

But what happens if the list of criminal gang members, as it is in California, is filled with errors?

Trump’s promise to immediately deport, some say without due process, illegal aliens who are found to be criminal gang members.

What fucking “due process” that isn’t bestowed on this dross by commie shit disturbers do these scum have available to them?

    • Exactly.

deport them….if there are errors its not like a death penalty deport and sort out later.
immediate deportation for any redhanded criminal act including drugs. just ship ’em out.

Can we start with the ones with tattoos?

Exactly. ILLEGAL aliens seems to be the keyword here. If it’s due process they’re looking for, the mexican courts is the place for them to look. The whole concept seems pretty obvious to me. If you get arrested, your immigration status is established. If you’re in the country illegally, you’re on a bus back to Mexico within the hour. Doesn’t seem so difficult.

I think you have to make sure there are NO GANG MEMBERS employed to update these lists… they are crafty bastards
