Tory leadership race needs authenticity

There’s one thing I’m not buying about the Kellie Leitch campaign. It just doesn’t feel all that authentic.

The Ontario MP has clearly found a winner in her pitch to test for anti-Canadian values among prospective immigrants.

Polling shows large majorities of the electorate support the general idea, including a majority of Liberal and NDP supporters.

And as much as the media and her opponents are eager to paint her as some intolerant ogre, anyone who takes a moment to look at the facts sees through it.
