There was a UK documentary some years about a group of pedo hunters that do the same thing – pretending to be under-age girls on social sites and drawing in the target for a ‘meeting’ only for them to be met by a couple of guys with a video camera. The police are so-so about them but as long as they don’t break any laws it’s hard to ignore the evidence of their success. The documentary only showed white men being caught, but I imagine that the reality is a little different.
