Charlotte agitators throw rocks off highway overpass, strike motorists
Charlotte, North Carolina erupted after an officer-involved shooting on Tuesday.
Agitators filmed themselves throwing rocks off an I-85 overpass and striking unsuspecting motorists below.
They ooed and awed as they could be heard striking several passing vehicles.
“We’re people trying to get home. We haven’t done anything wrong. I fear if we would have had to stop, they would have done something else,” one motorist said outside a hospital emergency room entrance.
Charlotte police chief explains why officers shot Keith Lamont Scott
I’m so disgusted right now. These BLM protesters obviously don’t care about facts. All they care is that the man who was shot was black.
As it turns out, the cops were once again correct in shooting Keith Lamont Scott. He had a gun and he wouldn’t drop it.
BLACK LIES MATTER? Keith Scott’s Family Apparently Made Up The Story About How He Died
It really should have been obvious from the very beginning yesterday afternoon, if we had been paying attention, and journalists were doing their jobs as skeptics looking for facts, instead of a click-bait-driving narrative.
They claimed that he was tased, then shot four times by plainclothes officers who ran up on him with guns drawn, and that they yelled “Gun!”and murdered him.
Then they claimed all white people were devils, and responsible for his death.
But Keith Lamont Scott was not shot by a white officer.
He was shot and killed by an African-American CMPD officer.
There was no book nearby.
And there was a gun, which other witnesses in the apartment complex admit seeing in Scott’s hands as officers warned him repeatedly to put it down.
Rioters Attack Truck Drivers, Loot Walmart After Black Man Shot Dead by Black Cop
Officers were serving a warrant against another individual when Keith Lamont Scott exited his vehicle with a gun and was shot dead by police, who said he posed an imminent threat. The officer who killed Scott, Brentley Vinson, is an African-American.
Scott exited the vehicle “armed with a firearm and posed an imminent deadly threat to the officers who subsequently fired their weapon striking the subject,” according to a statement from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
‘Black Lives Matter’ supporters insisted that Scott was “disabled” and that he was only carrying a book.
Within hours, a mob of around a thousand rioters began staging unrest, blocking Interstate 85 and looting trucks before setting fire to the contents.
Is this the photo that proves ‘disabled’ black man shot dead by Charlotte police was armed?
A picture reportedly taken by a witness moments after a black man was shot dead in Charlotte appears to show a gun at his feet.
Keith Lamont Scott, 43, was fatally shot by a black police officer in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Tuesday afternoon.
The officer who shot Scott was identified by the police department as Officer Brentley Vinson, who is black.
Vinson, a two-year member of the department, has been placed on leave, standard procedure in such cases.
Neighbors, though, said that the officer who fired was white and that Scott had his hands in the air.
The three uniformed officers had body cameras; the plainclothes officer did not, police said.
But the chief said he cannot release the video because the investigation is still underway.
No cellphone video has emerged on social media, as happened in other cases around the country.
Be sure to watch the embedded video by Scott’s charming and eloquent daughter. If you never have a chance to visit Charlotte, you can at least sample the true personality of the city from her presentation.
Definitions of Terrorism in U.S. Code
18 U.S.C. § 2331 defines “international terrorism” and “domestic terrorism” for purposes of Chapter 113B of the U.S. Code, entitled “Terrorism.”
“International terrorism” means activities with the following three characteristics:
Involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law;

Occur primarily outside the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S., or transcend national boundaries in terms of the means by which they are accomplished, the persons they appear intended to intimidate or coerce, or the locale in which their perpetrators operate or seek asylum.*
“Domestic terrorism” means activities with the following three characteristics:
Involve acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law;

* FISA defines “international terrorism” in a nearly identical way, replacing “primarily” outside the U.S. with “totally” outside the U.S. 50 U.S.C. § 1801(c).
**Unless you’re of preferred race or religion.
Black girl who attacked white dreadlocks guy can now live on segregated ‘Afro-themed’ floor
School says it’s ‘inclusive’ to segregate
San Francisco State University student Bonita Tindle was captured on video this spring attacking a white student with dreadlocks. She was offended by his cultural appropriation.
She may be able to avoid white hairstyles more easily through a new university initiative to segregate black students on “Afro-themed dorm floors.”
Universities offer segregated back-to-school events
Back-to-school activities kicked into high gear in recent weeks as the fall semester began, and in addition to the typical orientations that greet all students, several universities hosted additional events specifically for black students.
They’re billed as ways to enhance black students’ experiences on campus and get them comfortable and involved with their schools.
While segregation of the past has a negative connotation, today its general definition — to set apart from the rest, isolate or divide — describes what’s going on at universities in which special events are designed for students of color, and often specifically for black students.
Yale drama company holds new auditions after complaints that race roles weren’t cast ‘correctly’
The Yale Dramatic Association Board yesterday held new auditions for the play “Wild Party” due to complaints about a white woman originally being cast in a role typically portrayed by a black man.
The part of, ironically enough, “Mr. Black” had been given to Sarah Chapin “even though nine people of color auditioned for the production” the Yale Daily News reports. (It does not, however, specify if the nine tried out for the role of Black specifically.)
The new auditions allowed only black performers to audition for “Mr. Black.” Two people quit the show over the controversy.
‘#BlackUnderAttack’: Arrest of black man by campus cops angers San Diego State black community
Black students at San Diego State University are angry over how campus police handled a young African-American man who allegedly was under the influence of drugs.
On a pair of videos posted to Instagram, SDSU officers are first seen talking to the man, eventually informing him they were placing him under arrest. That’s when the suspect erupts in anger, resisting the cops and screaming profanity along with “I DIDN’T DO ANYTHING!” The person taking the video can be heard exclaiming his incredulity at the scuffle.
The Daily Aztec notes that police said they were dispatched to check out reports of “a gentleman that appeared to be under the influence of potential narcotics.” The reports also indicated the suspect had “jumped a construction fence at the Cal Coast Open Air Theater.”
Where Does Black Lives Matter’s Anti-Semitism Come From?
Black Lives Matter has been guided to anti-Semitism by the concept of “intersectionality, which argues that all oppressions are interlinked and cannot be solved alone. Thus, women can never be treated fairly if blacks face racial prejudice, and the disabled are not given sufficient support to be equal to the abled, and unless the Palestinians are liberated from the Israelis, and the Israelis are liberated from their lives and their home.
“Intersectionality” urges us to view the world as divided into a conspiracy of oppressors and an agony of oppressed, and reduces people to a number of categories, such as gender, sexuality, race, nationality, religion, capability, etc. Differences, such as sexism, racism, nationalism and ability — as opposed to what we have in common — are reinforced.
Supporters of “intersectionality” cheer terrorists when they murder Jews. To them, that is just “social justice” at work.
