The Secession of French Muslims

“…The consensus can be summarized like this: Religious beliefs cannot belong to the public sphere without risking tyranny or civil war. If French citizens want to live in peacedemocratically, all disturbing subjects — especially faith in a country of multiple faiths — must remain strictly private.

For almost 30 years now, Muslims organizations in France have been telling everyone they do not accept this old private-public rule. Even at public schools, there are constant attempts to remodel the curriculum to align with religious faith.

In 2002, a group of teachers published a book, The Lost Territories of the Republic (“Les territoires perdus de la République”), about daily life in school classrooms where Muslims were numerically the dominant group. The general environment, according to the book, was violence, sexism, anti-Semitism and Islamism. The book was such a shock that everyone in the media boycotted it.

Islam sends settlers not immigrants.

As to be expected there will continue to be lots of happy talk about multiculturalism and diversity by the political class but in France the numbers have reached a tipping point and the true goal of Islamist supremacism has been revealed.

We are no better off in in Canada, our political class is as duplicitous as the French.

The Islam imported here is no different than the Islam in France or elsewhere.

It’s simply a numbers game.

The only resolution for France would be its division into two equal states for two peoples living side by side in peace and security with Paris as the shared capital.

    • I still say we will witness France cede territory in our lifetime, a sort of Vichy Caliphate.

It’ll be like the partition of India. By the way, states like Mizoram and West Bengal have seen huge influxes of migrants from neighboring Bangladesh and may become majority Muslim in the next decade. Then watch for more Muslim secession movements

        • India will have the highest Muslim population of any nation by 2050.

Can territory be ceded and the relationship characterized as benign?

“The three main symbiotic relationships are: – Mutualism, where both organisms benefit. – Commensalism, where one organism benefits while the other organism is not harmed. – Parasitism, where one organism benefits and causes harm to the other organism.” Symbiosis: Mutualism, Commensalism and Parasitism –

In war the ceding of territory is evidence of victory or defeat.

    • That’s where the French are headed.

Agreed. Canadians are made of sterner stuff.
