Gab.ai & The Future of Free Speech in Social Media
Anyone paying attention knows that social media censorship has been getting ‘Progressively’ worse. The last straw for free speech activists and supporters came with Twitters second ban hammer hit at Milo Yiannopoulos, Tech Editor of Breitbart News and shameless provocateur (Queen diva, troll, super-villain of the internet; long may he reign!) over supposed “Targeted Harassment” of Leslie Jones, one of the stars of the feminist reboot of the Ghost Busters movie that Yiannopoulos gave a critical review. The movie’s trailer was already poorly received by fans of the original franchise who had long awaited a reboot but did not feel that the classic and beloved franchise needed a feminist re-treatment. For the second time #FreeMilo hashtags flew from fans and free speech supporters but this time, Twitter users would receive the cold shoulder from the platform.
WHY IT MATTERS: Climate Change
It’s as if Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump live on two entirely different Earths: one warming, one not.
Clinton says climate change “threatens us all,” while Trump tweets that global warming is “mythical” and repeatedly refers to it as a “hoax.” Measurements and scientists say Clinton’s Earth is much closer to reality.
As heat-trapping gases in the air intensify and hot temperature records shatter, global warming is taking a toll on Americans’ everyday life : their gardens, air, water, seasons, insurance rates and more.
Twitter Now Trying To Quarantine Alt-Right After Failure To Destroy It
Twitter is using internal data to — most likely through automated means — place users into ideological camps. And then once users are sorted, the true digital segregation begins.
I think there are multiple motives for this revamped method of tweet obfuscation. First and foremost, it is just not feasible to either shadowban or outright ban the entire alt-right. For instance, if one was actually successful in shadow banning the entire alt-right, they would all quit using Twitter — or at least quit using it as much. Twitter just can’t afford that kind of loss, in both power users and revenue. They might hate us, but they’re still desperate for us to use the service.
Student op-ed: ‘bothersome’ that the Spanish language is not ‘gender inclusive’
Here we go again — an entire language faces the wrath of the “socially conscious” contemporary college student.
Writing in Boston University’s Daily Free Press, Olivia Nadel laments the fact that Spanish is “gender binary” … that it assigns genders to even inanimate objects, and worse, the plurals of masculine nouns encompass both genders.
Obama Movie Bombs at the Box Office
Overall, Southside With You‘s opening is mediocre, although it did do decent business in certain cities, led by Memphis, Chicago, Atlanta, Washington, New York and Los Angeles. (AMC’s Magic Johnson Harlem 9 was the top-grossing theater in New York City, while Cinemark’s Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza was the top earner among L.A. locations.) Overall, African-Americans, whom Roadside aggressively courted, made up 60 percent of the audience.
Allowing white people into the theaters undoubtedly prevented more blacks from attending.

Witchcraft, Islam And Humanism Are Filling The Spiritual Void Left By The Dying Church.
A dramatic spiritual paradigm shift is taking place in the western world.
“Allah bless us and bless our families and bless our Lord. Lead us on the straight path – the path of all prophets: Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad.”
These were the words that rang out over the congregation at The General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church, USA meeting in Portland, Oregon. Wajidi Said, co-founder of the Muslim Education Trust, led the attendees in the prayer to the Islamic deity, a move arranged by the Ecumenical and Interfaith ministry staff at the assembly.
CRISIS: Internet to Have Global Governance October 1. Call Congress!
The Obama Administration says that the transition will have no practical effects on the internet’s functioning or its users, and even considers the move necessary in order to maintain international support for the internet and to prevent a fracturing of its governance.
While the transition may appear ostensibly “technical”, the absence of the United States in overseeing the governance of the internet could spell the end of the current era of free speech on the internet, as well as free enterprise.
This is not merely wild speculation; it is evident in the statements that several governments, who are less than enchanted with the concept of freedom of speech, have made in recent years regarding the governance of the internet.
Drunk Muslim fights bouncers; nightclub manager arrested for “selling alcohol to Muslims”
Morocco World News claims that incident took place Wednesday night at the ‘Podium ‘nightclub, a subsidiary of “Les Idrissides” Hotel. Apparently two bouncers got into a fight with a Muslim patron who was under the influence of alcohol.
While the two bouncers suffered minor injuries, the Muslim needed surgery on his right ear and was taken to a private clinic.
After the incident police arrested the nightclub manager for “selling alcohol to Muslims”. The court also prosecuted the two bouncers and the client.
ISIS’ War on Christianity
Muslims “soldiers” for ISIS brutally beheaded 84 year old Father Hamel inside a Catholic church. The gesture was planned, revealing the political motive of ISIS to reclaim its lands taken by Crusaders as the National Review observed:
In targeting Catholicism, this incident pays special fealty to ISIS’s deeper ideological motivations. After all, as the originating authority for the Crusades, and as the perceived home of European Christendom, the Catholic Church is despised by ISIS leaders. The group has previously plotted against the Vatican and Pope Francis, and references to Rome often appear in sermons by ISIS leaders. This desire to purge and reclaim European territory takes root, at least in part, in Islamist humiliation over Muslims’ expulsion from Europe under Isabella I, Spain’s Catholic queen in the 15th century. And while the anti-Catholic motivation might seem peripheral to us, it is a key engine of the enemy’s war machine. ISIS sympathizers will be especially proud of the assassination of a Catholic priest.
Finland: Warning Citizens ‘Stockpile Food & Water – Prepare’
First it was Germany, last Saturday (20 Aug) which began warning its citizens to “stockpile 10 days worth of food & water.” One day later, the Czech Republic warned its citizens “prepare for the worst.” Now Finland is warning its citizens too . . . “stockpile large quantities of food and water, something bad is coming.”
If these warnings were coming from some conspiracy web site, we could all laugh them off. They’re not. These warnings are coming from official government entities in Europe and they come at a time when tensions are rising everywhere.
